This East-end Quarter Acre Oasis is located on a short, serene cul-de-sac on the north side of 30A in Seacrest-West, Florida. Enjoy a leisurely 2 minute walk to the small neighborhood’s private beach where you can always find a front row spot to set up the provided Tommy Bahama Chairs and enjoy the mesmerizing turquoise waters of the Gulf. If you don't want to deal with the crowds at Seacrest-East beach, Rosemary beach, Seaside beach or nearby public beaches, then this is the spot for you. Fly a kite, fling a frisbee, or throw a football without bothering anyone. Enjoy the Sun setting over the gulf to the west and the Moon rising over the gulf to the East with this perfect beach location. Take the 4 complimentary adult bikes for a short and scenic half-mile bike ride east to the stunning Mediterranean inspired Alys Beach, another half-mile to charming Seacrest Village, and another half-mile to the famous Swiss Alps inspired Rosemary Beach. On the way there, you will cross over Coastal Deer Lake State Park where you can walk or bike a quarter mile boardwalk over a beautiful dune with scenic views of the lake and the gulf. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home offers hard-to-beat amenities including a large gourmet kitchen, comfortable living space to sleep 12 guests, and a backyard oasis complete with a full-sized private salt water pool that can be heated, a hammock, a natural gas firepit with native Live oak trees, and plenty of seats to lounge with family and friends. The Property has a spacious front and back yard with lush grass, lots of palm trees, and landscaping lights throughout to give a beautiful ambiance at night. Inside the home features tile and beautiful oak hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen, is fully equipped for your inner chef, opens to a large dining area that seats 10 and a relaxed family room which includes pull out sofa. A full sized laundry room, powder room and a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, tile shower, and soaking tub complete the first floor. The second floor hosts an additional master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bath including a tub/shower combination. The second floor also includes a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bunk room that sleeps 5 children, and a shared hall bath with tiled shower. Step out the back door onto a 10’x35’ screened porch and you will be overlooking the sparkling 14’x 28’ private salt water pool, large enough for the whole family and more. This porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee, an afternoon beverage from the outdoor fridge, or a family meal at the large outdoor dining table(the screened-in porch is perfect for keeping the bugs away). The sectional couch in the porch has a remote controlled sun shade to calm the bright sun-rays that shine in the late morning. A natural gas grill is located near the pool and firepit . Play a game of corn hole in the large grass area next to the pool. The attached pergola and paver driveway will easily accommodate 4 cars. With its short 2 minute walk to the private uncrowded beach access, comfortable living space, and its own private salt water pool, this home has it all. From tranquil décor to the perfect location, you couldn't ask for more. Enjoy cruising on the golf cart with the gulf breeze in your hair. 4 bikes included with your stay. Also includes 4 complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, Neso beach tent and lots of extras such as bean bag toss, boogie boards, beach games and pool floats. The house had everything we needed, including tons of beach toys, chairs, a wagon and even some extra puddle jumpers for the kids. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious enough for us to fit pack n plays and luggage. Quick walk to the beach and short bike ride to plenty of restaurants and shops. The backyard and pool area was huge for this area. We hope to come back soon! ##### Taylor C. It was incredibly well thought out for families with children — everything from beach gear to safety features was covered. The house came stocked with 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a beach wagon, making our beach days effortless.The walk to the beach was quick — just 3–5 minutes — but be aware that the boardwalk includes a long staircase down to the sand. It might be a challenge for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.The private pool was a highlight — shaded for much of the day and perfect for little ones. We also appreciated the in-house pool alarm system on all doors leading outside, giving us peace of mind with kids around. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked — including a Vitamix, Keurig, and other high-end appliances.Every detail felt carefully considered, making our stay easy, fun, and relaxing. Highly recommend this home for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped beach getaway!I should not this is positioned well to other beach towns on 30A - easy to navigate with the golf cart. ##### Joby P. My wife said it best. ‘Photos don’t do it justice’ Great home with everything our family needed to make this our home away from home. The heated pool for spring break was amazing and the kids loved it. The house was clean, the kitchen was amazing with all the things, bedrooms were nice and the back screened in porch was another great feature. Seriously tho the location to the beach was less than a five minute walk and the had all the accesories we needed to have a great day at the beach. The bikes allowed us quick and easy access to the surrounding areas as well as the Golf Cart. Simply put. ‘We will be back’ ##### Jesse B. This house was everything and more for our family! We had 4 kids ages 11, 3 and 2 under 1 and 6 adults. stay over Easter break. The house was very clean, beds were amazing (my daughter didn't want to leave cause the beds were so comfy) the kitchen was stocked and the pool was a major hit. The weather was chilly so we only made it to the beach one day. We ate every night in the screen in porch. The shed had everything you can imagine to keep the kids and adults entertained. We did have the pool heated and Im glad we did because it kept the kids busy all day. The location was perfect we road bikes to rosemary and Alys beach every morning. Jen was so responsive to questions I had. I am very happy with the home we picked for our first family vacation with our new little ones. We hope to be back again! ##### Alyssa B. There were 2 couples and 3 kids and everyone had exactly what they needed. Rooms a plenty, pool toys and beach equipment, pool and beach close by. It was a quick walk to the private beach which we got lucky that it was never crowded and we would bring down beach chairs, a tent and umbrellas from the house and it was great to have all day. The kids loved the pool and all its toys... especially the basketball hoop. Ironically the things I wanted to get in a rental, we didn't use because it was so hot (firepit, bbq, bikes, golf cart, pool loungers) but still happy that we booked this house. I can see why people choose to come back to this location. I was a little concerned with the construction in the neighborhood but didn't hear any noise especially since we were gone most days to the beach. Screened in patio with the mini fridge was especially a favorite, especially for watching the morning storms roll by. Thank you for giving our family such an amazing trip! ##### Amanda S. My family of 6 felt like we were “home”. This property has everything you need and more. All of the comforts of home plus all of the pool and beach toys you could dream up. We enjoyed the size of the home at 94 Pelican Glide as we all had our own bedroom, and shared the screened in area overlooking the pool. The fire pit is roomy, and has awesome seating. We had a cool night and it was perfect. It did take a minute to dig in the sand to find the gas turn-on/shut off valve at the base of the fire pit. Lots of games to play outside and inside as the property was well equipped for hanging out. The bikes were a great touch as it seems like how most folks get around in the local area. The golf cart took us to dinner once but we didn’t use it much as we preferred our own vehicles when traveling to the restaurants we made reservations to. This really isn’t the golf cart community like Sand Destin so it was nice to have but not needed for us. We found the area to be upscale and very beautiful. I hope that your family will give Jennifer and her property strong consideration. ##### Bill P. Absolutely perfect location for a multi-family vacation! Great location. Close proximity to many of the hot spots. Walking distance to a private beach. The golf cart included with the property was amazing, making trips to the beach very doable with littles and all the things you have to pack. We will definitely be booking this location again! The house is perfect for two families of 4 littles (that require a very specific setup!). Everyone had a room and there was plenty of space to run around (we especially loved the large screened in back porch where the toddlers could play and we didn’t have to worry about safety or access to the pool). A very quick walk to the beach and an easy golf cart ride down to The Big Chill, the house was conveniently placed for a very easy and relaxed trip!
