Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. On the main floor of the condo, you'll find a spacious living area with an updated smart TV with HDTV. Queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for sleeping 2 people. There is a dining table and bar area to enjoy a fabulous meal in the updated kitchen. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked. You'll find a laundry room across from the kitchen. There is a king master suite downstairs with tiled shower. Enjoy the balcony that overlooks Lake Powell and the boat ramp. As you make your way upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area. The front bedroom has a set of twin beds and spacious closet. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, spacious closet, and balcony with Gulf View. There is also a full size master bathroom with tub/shower combo. Amenities at Pinnacle Port Condos Amenities at Pinnacle Port condos include an indoor/outdoor pool with an elevated sun deck overlooking the beach. A second outdoor pool is located at the opposite end of the resort between the sports lawn and tennis courts. Four tennis courts are lighted for night play, while the sports lawn includes shuffleboard courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoes, and basketball. This one we will not stay at again. No little extras at this condo. You can tell that it is leased through a company and not someone’s condo that they share with renters.First the positives, the AC and ice maker worked great.But everything was dated. The pots and pans weren’t flat so you couldn’t cook with them. No Tupperware to save leftovers. Bare minimum in the kitchen.In the bedrooms, each bed has the thinnest quilt. No blankets at all in any room or to use on the couch. One twin bed was missing a bed skirt. In the master bathroom, it appears someone broke the toilet paper holder at some point. Instead of leveling it before they fixed it, they just plastered it crooked.As far as being clean, my husband saw a contact in the tub. ##### Mandy B.
