I have been coming to PCB for 48 years and this is my favorite new place! Our party of 8 loved the layout, the decor, the location...all of it! We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach, and loved the convenience of walking to Schooners, Patches and Sweet Cone Alabama. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our college graduate.

Was great! There was a little confusion on check out time but all and all was a wonderful rental. Beach access was perfect, there were a couple hiccups but they were handled immediately and staff was great!

The home easily supports our larger crew, and has separate common areas to help spread everyone out. The beach view was incredible. The house was perfect for our family. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom plus a full bath on the first floor just inside from the pool. The common areas had plenty of seating on both the second and fourth floors. The elevator was a blessing for my 80 year old parents. The property management company, Blue Swell, was absolutely wonderful. They communicated well, were SO friendly and very accommodating on last minute requests. They really cared and made sure we were comfortable, settled and safe in the house. I would recommend this house and Blue Swell any day of the week!

Property was pretty good . Views Amazing. Didn’t care for the suprise we got when arriving!! Can’t get the elevator to work . Contacted host and was told access to the elevator would be an additional 500 . For a 4 story house. Absolutely a ridiculous way to do business! Very shady tactics. That is something that should be clearly and boldly explained up front. Will never use Blue Swell again for that reason alone .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just as pictured, absolutely gorgeous, very clean, with breathtaking views of the ocean. It was not a private beach but there was not a lot of people even with 2 public beach accesses very close so it was like a private beach. Our only advice is to not pay for the pool to be heated. It is not worth the money. Blue Swell plainly states that in their home guide so we knew ahead of time that it would only change the degrees a little. It was not warm enough for us in the evening to swim in. Other than this, I would highly recommend Blue Swell and Pineapple Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented beachfront property for 15 years. The Spyglass property was very nice and we had no issues at all except for not knowing about the elevator. After meeting with maintenance, the elevator situation was explained. The main complaint we had was it being a public beach, and having to go out at 5:00 am to secure a place on the beach for our tent. This is a very expensive rental, and obviously we came here for the beach. The pool was very small and not as clean as we would have liked. The house was beautifully decorated but lacked sufficient seating for our 16 clan to eat. On 7/4, the beach was so crowded in front of our house that we did not enjoy our last day at the beach. Blue Swell having beach towels, toiletries etc. was very nice and we had no problems with the house itself. Thank you
