Everything is here to make your stay relaxing, including a kitchen with breakfast bar with seating for four guests and a comfortable and luxurious bedding configuration featuring a primary sleeping space with king bed and bathroom with a shower / tub combination. The inviting open concept space includes two Smart TVs (one in the bedroom area and one in the living area), free Wi-Fi and central air conditioning. The living area houses a sleeper sofa providing additional sleeping space. Outside you’ll discover the covered, private lanai where you can enjoy alfresco dining any time of the day while taking in spectacular views. A short walk away will lead you to the shared amenities of Carillon Beach which include seven beach walkovers, four swimming pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court, children’s play area, shopping and dining. The Carillon Beach Inn is a 70 unit boutique condominium complex. The one-bedroom units contain a bedroom, sitting area and kitchenette. The inn is located on Lake Carillon, at the entrance to Downtown Carillon Beach, and between the Sunrise and Sunset Condominiums and the Carillon Beach Rentals Office. Owners and occupants of the inn units are entitled to use all of the amenities of Carillon Beach as well as the Resort Swimming Pool. Carillon Beach amenities include four additional pools (one beachside), tennis courts, playground areas and a basketball court. There are eight individual beach walkovers for easy beach access. Our unit was nicely appointed. Access is easy too by either using the elevator or inside stairwell. The shops are conveniently located steps from the building and are lit up at night making the grounds even more inviting. The pools are all nice sized and also easy accessible. Very clean updated suite. Bed was very comfortable, furnishings are nice. We found it odd that there is no oven, has room for a small toaster oven. No grills in resort either. Second time at resort and it could use some TLC. Opening the lobby, landscaping and a good paint job would do the trick. Town center in front of resort is being renovated. Pools are very clean and beach is a short walk. Pro advise: Get to the pool by the beach early, grab one of the covered spots.
