Nestled on a quiet street, it is close to premier restaurants, nightlife, boat charters, and jet skiing. The home is fully equipped with all the finest furnishings and amenities and cookware. The home comes with beach chairs, beach cart and umbrellas and Coleman Event Shelter Pro beach Tent.

A stunning third-floor loft with a wet bar, with a 65" flat-screen HDTV.

This beautifully maintained home sleeps up to 12 guests and is furnished with Coastal Cottage touches inspired by Florida’s Coastal Luxury. This lovely house features 3 king beds, 2 bunk beds, and 1 sofa bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. The home features 3.5 bathrooms and an outdoor hot/cold shower along with a Tankless Hot water heater providing continuous hot water. The Master Bathroom features a Jacuzzi Bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Enjoy the nice and tranquil atmosphere of this property, complete with WiFi, heating, and AC.
