Walk to the new Tootsies Orchid Lounge. C16 Uniquely different in the best way

Now to tell you about my great condo. The condo has been gutted and welcomes you to enjoy a 2 bedroom unit like no other at Sugar Beach. If you enjoy cooking, this is the unit for you. Our new bathrooms will spoil you. There are no steps to drag that luggage to the wonderful gulf front unit. Only a short walk (less than 100 steps) to grill, pool, club house and beach entrance. Nearby restaurants and fun things to do. If you would care to rent our condo please supply a copy of your drivers license with current address and a list of names and ages of ANYONE that will be on the property, email and cell and signed copy by each person that will be on the property of rules/regulations that will be emailed. Considered late after 12 hours. Reservation will not be honored after this time if everything is not sent.
There is a registration fee for autos
Our keyless lock has a camera. You’ll be provided a link through a text message to use or you can use a door code each time you enter also provided by text. There’s also a ring doorbell that has a camera enabled.
