From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. It had with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive and friendly, making all the necessary arrangements for a smooth trip. It has lots of room and comfortable furniture. It was well stocked with spices, first few things needed such as washing pods, paper towels and other supplies. Check in process was easy. Stayed during Spring Break so busy time in the area but this unit's great location made it easy to enjoy the beach and nearby restaurants. The unit and building were pretty quiet being the offseason. We got great use out of the indoor pool and my daughter met a friend while we were there. The unit was beautiful. It had everything you need except groceries. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot on the beach. We saw dolphins several days. We can’t wait to return! ##### Sarah R. This unit was even better than the pictures! Colleen was so easy to work with. She has thought of everything and makes sure to give you a start up of supplies like dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, paper towels and toilet paper. The view is gorgeous. This condo was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in…and we travel a lot! It was extremely clean and just felt like home. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay! The kitchen is stocked so well. Colleen was amazing to work with and so kind! I highly recommend this condo. It’s very spacious and comfortable and updated….we would absolutely stay here again. We own a condo in Orange Beach, AL and rent it out, so as condo owners ourselves we are extremely picky, and I can say we were very impressed and loved this condo! Colleen has it well stocked with 3 rolls toilet paper, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, ive stayed in alot of condos and none have ever supplied more than 1 or 2\. The rooms are very good sizes. She had tons of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, baby stroller and many more things to use at the beach. Collleen was always availble for questions and respond almost instanly. Loved that it was on the 15th floor and the elevators as usual are quick. Many stores and restaurants near by. ##### Brenda S.
