The host, Sandy, was super responsive. The condo was just what we needed. Had everything you could ask for, such as beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and cooking aid you could ever need. The decor was very cheerful and the living room furniture very comfortable and plentiful. I would definitely stay again!!

We were very pleased with the condo, convenience to the pool and the beach. And the discovery of how close we were to the dog beach was just an added bonus. We also liked sitting on the back balcony and listening to the frogs in the evening.

Other than the TV service, which they are changing, it was very nice. The owners assistant was fantastic. She helped me with the TV service, until it went wacky & her's did too. We all called them.

The pictures on here don’t do the condo justice! It is very clean and in the ideal location lakeside. Polynesian Village is walkable to so much, including the pier. We ended up renting a car to see sights further out but that wouldn’t necessarily be needed if you were just going to the pool and beach. The Winn-Dixie is super close as well and the kitchen is fully equipt. The master has a king size bed that my kids shared and it was very comfortable. The pull out couch was adequate but very uncomfortable and I had trouble finding linens for it, bring your own beach towels because there was only a few bath towels in the place. We also left some sand toys and there was no beach chairs umbrellas etc. Overall I was pleased and would be happy to come back to this sweet gem!

We accidentally booked a condo on the lakeside and it was the happiest accident ever. Our back deck was out of the direct sun so we were able to enjoy the beautiful view with no sunburns. Pool access was such a pleasant surprise for us with three small children. Crossing the street

First time in Florida

We came down to stay the month of January at polynesian condo..She messaged us telling us we could come in the day before at no cost ..When we showed up and opened the door to check out the place a cockroach took off i killed it and being from Northern Michigan my wife was like Hell no..lol but i looked everywhere didn't see anymore..The condo is a little out dated but nice ..It has everything u need for your stay..we did havevan issue with the bed being broke the did replace it .took a couple days but got a new steel bed frame and they put same mattress on it with no box springs but it wasn't bad ..we did have a day where we didn't have water for about 45 min for some reason...she is very sweet and was quick to respond to messages..i did mess up with our check out date and she let us stay over 1 night for 150 which i thought was a little high since we just stayed a full month but over all it was nice..just be mindfull all the construction being done down in that area..all new sewer and water lines roads are pretty torn up ..
