The location of this property is amazing too, especially if you're looking for a more private vacation. The walk to the beach is super easy especially with kids! Didn't take long at all. If you have small kids there is an alarm at the door that goes to the pool so they will not be able to slip out without you knowing and that was such an amazing feature. The bedrooms are nice and there are plenty of towels stocked in each bathroom. We had such an amazing week with this house and will rent again in the future. Great house for our family vacation. 2 kids under 2 so the pool alarm gave us some comfort and piece of mind. After a few times it wasnā€™t difficult to remember to turn off when going outside. I do wish there would have been a way to turn off the alarm from the outside when going inside. The rooms were a great size and the house was very clean. Perfect size for our family (8 adults and 2 children). The house was exactly like the pictures and post describe. The private beach access was just a 3 minute walk from the house. The reviews which say it was longer must have not used the private beach access (There is a picture which shows where this private access is located). Great location right outside of Alys beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 30A, the house is a short drive or bike between Seagrove and Alys/Rosemary Beaches. Beach access is <5 minute walk across 30A via a private easement. Compared to other beach homes, we really enjoyed this layout with a bedroom, salt water pool (we opted to heat it) and living area all on the main floor. Much less stair climbing - so easy. The homeā€™s fixtures and furnishings are among the best weā€™ve found in rental properties, and it was very clean. The property management team was responsive as well. ##### Elizabeth B. Modern, spacious, and with a great pool. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were all updated. Loved the TV outside by the grill. Enjoyed watching football while sitting in the pool. The only negative was the alarm that sounded every time you opened the door from the pool to the kitchen (this could be silenced by pushing a button on the wall when exiting the kitchen to the outside, but always went off when entering the kitchen from the outside). Beach access was also not across the street as I thought. That being said, I would definitely return to this property. It was fantastic. We had two families staying here and more than enough space. We had everything we needed to cook, make drinks, etc., and we were a few blocks from the beach. We will be back!!! ##### Tracy K. Mylan was great to work with and made the process very easy. We enjoyed the backyard and pool which provided privacy and great entertainment space. We did use the heated pool option and that made a big differance since the weather was on the cooler side. The beach is right down the street (4 minute walk right across 30A) This home is situated about a 20-25 minute walk to Rosemary Beach so walking or riding bikes is very duable to enjoy all the area has to offer. Bikes are provided as are beach chairs etc. If you are looking to get out of the hussel and bustle of some of the surrounding areas this is your home. The home was clean and decorated very nicely and had everything you needed to call this home for the time you are there! ##### Jim S.
