Parking accommodation: 3-4 cars (depending on size) in driveway

We are dog/pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There is one owner’s closet in the home that is off limits. We have a sign on this doors and it is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
