La Valencia 113 - Charming 3BD/3BA home in a gated community!

Welcome to our beach house! This spacious three bedroom/3 bathroom house awaits your arrival! Located in a quiet, gated community, this house features a master suite on the second level, a second bedroom with twin beds, a common area with sleeper sofa and a third bedroom and bathroom on the lower lever. The open concept living/dining/kitchen is perfect for family gatherings.

Situated on the south side of the circle with a bird's nest on the third level, you can see for miles on a clear day! A nice place to relax after a long day at the beach!

La Valencia offers its own gated private beach access and a beachfront pool exclusive to La Valencia guests. Beach access and pool are less than a 5-minute walk from the home.

Sunnyside Beach Getaway

Beautiful Condo that was close walk to the beach and plenty of room for 8 people. It was clean, well stocked, and beds were comfortable. It had several nice beach chairs in the closet also and we were very happy overall. Only thing missing was a tv in the bedroom downstairs and a hairdryer. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Great house

The house is very nice. Good quality bedding. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beach access is just a short walk and there is a pool on the beach. Take some extra wash clothes.
