Please note that this property has a strict no-pet policy and a no-smoking rule in the unit and on the balcony. Smoking inside or outside unit will result in a extra $500 cleaning fee/eviction with no refund. Guest must be at least 23 years old to rent, and a resort fee of $80 plus tax is required 48 hours prior to arrival for parking and armbands.
