The house absolutely stunning and had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. It’s situated in the cutest community and everything you need is within walking distance. The house was fantastic and Debbie was quick at handling the small issue we had finding sheets for the pull out beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils. The owner added extra welcoming touches to the home like bath products (shampoo, lotion and soap), and dishwasher and laundry detergent. The weather was cool and rainy during our week there but we loved the remote-start gas logs that made the home warm and cozy while playing a game of Apples to Apples with the children. ##### Jill M. We had four moms each with a 15 year old boy. Each mom had there own bedroom and bath and the boys stayed in the bunk room. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The location of the house was perfect ... close to the pool and just inside the development. We had such a great week staying in Windows By The Sea! It is a beautiful, spacious home and we loved dining together and spending time together on the porches. The shuttle is very convenient, but we didn't use it much because the walk to the beach is pretty short and easy. The owner is great to work with and was very responsive to all of our questions. Our only complaint is that the love seat sleeper in one of the bedrooms is not very comfortable, especially for an adult. All in all, it was a wonderful place to spend a week with all of our grown kids and to celebrate the engagement of one of them! We would definitely stay there again! Everything from spices in the cabinet to Kcups for the 2 Keurigs. The only thing that we couldn’t get to work was the 3rd floor mini frig but I never contacted the owner… plus we really didn’t need it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. It rained a couple days, but the covered front porch was wonderful. The pool is clean, beautiful and gigantic. The one thing that was disappointing was the chair rental company takes up 3 rows of this beach which is about 80% of what you have access to and unfortunately beaches to the right and left are private. We ended up driving about 2 miles down the road to South Walton Public beach which was lovely with free parking. All and all a great trip!! ##### Lesley E. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need! It was SO nice to be able to do laundry along the way too. A few mishaps...There was a miscommunication with the check in process...but we were able to adjust around it. Our biggest struggle was the A/C in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms. By the last day of the trip, we think we may have found the problem but it was frustrating. The ice maker in the fridge was either not working or VERY slow to work and that was another pain point. And there were silver fish on the upstairs pull out couch. However, Debbie (the owner) was VERY responsive to our concerns and overall the house was gorgeous and perfect for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time and honestly...I would stay here again!! It is a PERFECT location!!! ##### Jennifer W. Debbie and Art are some of the most thoughtful, and gracious hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed in order to have the perfect experience. The kitchen contains everything needed which was very convenient. Beds are comfortable, bathroom, patio, and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible. The guide book had a multitude of restaurants and many attractions with extravagant recommendations and was of great help. Debbie and Art went above and beyond average standards to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. The thing I would suggest is a game table. There was a very short walk to pool and short walk to the beach. We were close to bike rentals and food. It truly made us feel like we were at home. They had anything and everything you could possibly want or need. The house is beautiful and everything was in great condition. Perfect location close to pool and very walkable to the beach, even when carrying a lot of kids things. Beautiful home in a great location, equipped with everything needed to make a beach trip successful and memorable. We had 3 families with 5 total kids and it was a comfortable experience. Used the tram for a ride to the beach area which was very convenient. The beach experienced was a little packed right in the Seacrest designated area, so we went further east to Inlet Beach public access.
