Parking passes and guest bands must be returned at end of stay. A charge of $40 per missing item will be levied.
NO SMOKING in the unit. Smoke mitigation will be a $500 fee. I'm not unreasonable, you can smoke cheese doodles for all I care, just go outside man.
Don't throw stuff off the balcony. It's dangerous and illegal. It's a silly reason to be thrown out.
