The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, easy access to the master bathroom, and access to your private balcony overlooking the breathtaking beach. The master bathroom has a brand new shower with a separate sink area perfect for getting ready. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds, a TV, and access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a glass door stand up shower. The living room can sit all 6 guests with a sofa, loveseat, and cushioned chair. It also has a flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (many new in 2023) and anything you might need to cook up a good meal. Three people have seating at the bar and behind is a lovely dining table fit for all 6 guests. This unit is tastefully decorated and is perfect for your next vacation! Dunes of Panama great Thomas drive location for Iron Man, Bike Week, Seafood Festivals and little league events at Frank Brown Park . Many upgrade for this owner unit just now going on to the rental market must see. The Dunes of Panama has 1500+ feet of pristine white sand beach lapped by the Emerald waters of the Gulf. We have three pools for your convenience. One of the gulf-front pools is usually heated from November 1st until May 1st. There are tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and basket ball hoops on the north side of the "B" building. Game Equipment Available to Check Out from the "C" office: basketball, small water guns, volleyball, badminton, shuffle board, ladder ball, tennis rackets and balls, Bocce, plastic tee ball, washer toss, bats/balls, horseshoes, dodge ball, Lacrosse, soft paddle ball, sling ball, sky darts, etc. There is also a tiny tot playground on the beach. There is also a Fitness Room located in Building E. You must go to the "C" office to obtain a key. This is a gated community with on-site security. We are known as a "family friendly" condominium. You can tell this condo has been updated, but it could use a few more upgrades. The fan in the master bathroom makes a horrible noise, and you can't turn on the light without the fan. Also, the condo was over decorated. There are tables and knickknacks throughout. Perfect weather and semi off season made it a great relaxing week. Our rental condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Plentiful parking and immediate access to the beach and pool. The management company checked in with us several times to see how our stay was going. Can’t really ask for more than that. We will be back! ##### Kurt S. It was our son’s 8th birthday and we were greeted with Happy Birthday balloons and a sweet note! The room was very clean and nicely decorated!
