--Resort Fee: A resort fee (not including in your booking fee) is required for guests at Shores of Panama. The fee is $98.00 per unit and is good for the length of your stay. The fee includes 2 unassigned parking passes and wristbands for access to the resort facilities. All vehicles must display the parking pass to avoid ticketing. Pre-registration for parking will be sent in the Welcome Guide, 3 days before arrival.
-Car Park clearance is 6 ft 7in. The car park does not hold oversized vehicles other than the ground floor. These spots are first come first serve and cannot be reserved at any time. Most oversized vehicles and additional vehicles have to park in the overflow car park about 1/2 mile from the resort.
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odour remediation charge.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-This unit is not suitable for pets.
-This rental does not include beach towels.
