The dining table comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the kitchen bar. The washer and dryer is located inside of the unit, just off the kitchen. 

Enjoy stunning sunsets from the private patio of 12W, with access from the master bedroom or living room. There is seating for three at the table on the patio, two additional sitting chairs and a lounger.
