Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!  
  
Grand Panama Resort COA requires a registration fee be paid to them. This is outside any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. The link to register and pay will be sent after booking. The registration fee is $55 and mush be paid whether bringing a vehicle or not. This fee includes one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party. You may get an additional parking pass for $35 for a second vehicle. Maximum of 2 vehicles. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 for the first motorcycle and $35 for the second motorcycle. Maximum of 2 motorcycles. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property. Parking passes and armbands will be available upon guest check-in within the Tower II lobby at the Owner Services desk.

#### Incredible Stay

We had an Incredible Stay in the Penthouse! It is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you need. There is so much space! The living room sofas and chairs are so comfortable. Some of our favorite moments were on the huge balcony in the mornings and the evenings. Highly recommend enjoying the roof top pool in this building. Not as crowded and they play great music. My family and I will definitely be back to make more memories in PCB!!

The property was great. My only problem was the heating of the pool was very inconsistent.There were many days when I couldn't swim due to the temperature. Chad and his associates were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

I spent an unforgettable week and a half resting, rejuvenating, and studying in a stunning beachfront penthouse, with sweeping views of the serene and breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. The peaceful atmosphere, paired with the natural beauty surrounding me, created the perfect environment to unwind and refocus. The experience was made even more special by the incredible hospitality of Sam and Linda, who went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth and thoughtfulness turned this stay into so much more than a getaway—I truly felt at home and wasn’t ready to leave.
