Small boats are allowed as long as the boat and trailer fit into a single space and guests do not exceed the two-space limit. For your own comfort, we ask that you do everything you can to keep the sand out, including rinsing off at the pool shower before entering. We cannot control mother nature. Due to the tropical climate and humidity you may see bugs. We have our home professionally treated for your comfort, however the occasional bug may find its way in. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night when the lights are on. Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500\. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Cancellation Policy: Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee) Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee) Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation. ★HOUSE RULES★ This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. ☞︎ No pets allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to HOA regulations. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. ☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking. ☞︎ Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it is older and it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours. ☞︎ Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. ☞︎ No parties are allowed. ☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am. ☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 6 people (maximum 4 adults). Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest. ☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel. ☞︎ You give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
