Beach Service Included with Stay! Elevators Upgraded!

  • When we bought Emerald Isle Resort 1502, we were looking for a huge spacious balcony with perfect views of the beautiful water and beach, for elevators that work with no long wait lines, and same side of the street parking. We found a 10 rating for each of those at Emerald Isle Resort. The condo has comfortable attractive balcony furniture. The condo is equipped with appliances all less than a year old. You will enjoy recently replaced mattresses and a new sofa. The condo is very well supplied with kitchen necessities. You will fall in love with the view from the very spacious balcony. Front row beach service is included March - October. This is a non-smoking unit. We would love for you to stay with us! Safe travels! LIVINGROOM DRAPES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED!!! The elevators are being upgraded!

Amazing view and comfortable stay

The view from the balcony is amazing and the balcony itself is very spacious and comfortable. The condo is excellently furnished, the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials, and we also appreciated the quality (and ample quantity) of the towels provided. The condo was also very clean and we enjoyed the easy access to the pools and the beach. If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Panama City Beach, this is it.

An excellent choice for an extended weekend away!

This was a very nice condo rental experience. Check-in was easy and smooth, the unit was wonderful and clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was outstanding!! The tall table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for watching the dolphins and the activity on the beach. My only complaint was that there were no drapes in the living room to block the early morning sun for the member of our party who slept on the couch. All in all we will definitely be coming back!!

We had a great 10-day stay. It was the perfect location and the condo was very clean. We got to see dolphins, a manta ray, and even a manatee from the balcony. I have been visiting Panama for years and have never seen a manatee that close to the beach. It was amazing.

The condo was very clean, the chair service was wonderful and the guys were so incredibly nice…our last couple of days were extremely hot so we brought our own chairs (some in the condo) and sat closer to the water and they brought our umbrella down. We had a wonderful stay in a lovely condo.

We enjoyed that it wasn’t located in the super busy area but in the more calmer area. The condo was immaculate. Everything was as pictured! We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. Plenty of privacy, beach wasn't crowded, and the condo itself was immaculate! Very well updated with nice features, full kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you would need, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved the location as well - close enough to restaurants, groceries, etc. but away from the city center which made it a perfect fit for our relaxing getaway. We 100% will be booking again!

I can not say enough good things about this place! You can tell a lot of thought was put into this unit. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms are well supplied. It was also very clean! And the view is AMAZING!!! Emerald Isle is in a great location, close to all everything we needed. This will be our first choice for our next trip!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location of this condo was ideal! Not in the crowds of PCB. This area of the beach seems to be more of an older crowd and quieter. The condo was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. You can tell a lot of care went into this unit. The kitchen was well stocked which is always nice. Having the complimenary beach service was an added perk. If you rent this unit, try the restaurant across the street, Mike's, it is delish and no driving needed!

Loved our stay

The Condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean and the balcony was above and beyond with high quality furniture and enough seating for our group. Our ONLY issues the hole weekend were with the beach chair management provider which the condo owner has no control over. It just made us want to stay on the balcony instead! Would love to rent again.
