Our home away from home

The home was decorated exactly the style I love so that made the stay even more pleasing. I loved the location of the home within the neighborhood and the addition of the bikes was a plus for our family.

Happy Spring Break Vacay!

We absolutely loved our stay at flip flop dreams. This house has great space, great style, and is well equipped. Two primary bedrooms were a great fit for us as we traveled with another family- the one primary on the main level without a bathroom door was a bit of a surprise but we worked it out. The proximity to the shops and restaurants was a dream- while at the house, it was quiet and peaceful but a quick walk and you’re in the middle of everything or could pop in the store for some snacks. This house is beautiful, comfortable, and great for families. We had a great week here!

An area for improvement would be the TV system is frustratingly complicated. Yes, it’s a vacation. But we wanted to watch golf or breaking news and the TVs didn’t work. The rental company responded very quickly to fix the issue. The shower water pressure is a little weak as well. Again, great house and we will probably stay there again!

The photos do not do it justice. How great that each bedroom has its own bathroom! And it was so clean upon arrival. Made it easy to relax. We loved the porch and the extra side room. We also loved the big dining room table. And the kitchen was awesome! We really enjoyed the large island. And the walk to the pool wasn't bad. The upstairs master was so comfy and roomy. We would definitely love to stay here again!

When we walked into this beautiful home our jaws were on the floor! It is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, great layout for a large group and perfect location. The tram stop right outside the door and walkable to many shops, restaurants and the pool made it the perfect spot for our group. The management company was accommodating, helpful, and even let us have a late check out our last morning so we could enjoy our last moments before heading home. We can't recommend this highly enough! 10/10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself is very nice, well decorated and nicely appointed. Essentially has 2 masters, and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is nice. The common areas were comfortable to hang out. There were a few slightly loose floorboards. We had a quiet week here prior to the peak Spring Break season. We had a bit of a hiccup with checking in, as the access code was different than the one given, but that was sorted with a phonecall. I would definitely recommend using 30A Luxury Vacations over VRBO or other platforms - we saved a few hundred dollars this way.After coming to 30A for over a decade, we were very dismayed to discover that the beach access is now tightly regimented. On our first visit down to the beach, it was so crowded that there wasn't a place to put down our belongings. It looked like maybe only 100 lateral yards of beach available to visitors to Seacrest. Considering that occupancy in Seacrest looked to be only around 20-30% full, it's going to be a nightmare going to the beach when the neighborhood is full. And this seems to be the case for all of the little communities along 30A. I don't see how this won't severely negatively impact tourism. If I owned a property there, I'd be suing to change beach access back to how it used to be. For visitors, I would suggest coming in off-peak times if you can manage.

This property was perfect for our family - it was very clean, convenient location to walk to shops, restaurants, shuttles to the beach, accommodations for our toddler and baby. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Experience

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family with two spacious Master suites. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen and relaxing in the family room off the kitchen. Everything was pristine and we appreciated how comfortable all the furniture was. There's only 3 of us but the house could easily accommodate a large group or two families. The only thing we had any confusion about was where to pick up our wrist bands & parking pass (the green awning at the pool). The shuttle service in the community was very convenient but make sure to leave plenty of time if you are heading to the beach between 10 and 11:30am. The house is conveniently located at a shuttle stop so that is another bonus. Don't hesitate to book this house. We plan on going back next summer!

Pleasant stay on the beach

1- location: 3 mins of very pleasant stroll from rosemary town and 5 mins from the beach gate by walk! The location could not be better. 2- House: modern, clean, spacious. There is a bathroom attached to each room. 3- communication: we found one terrace needed to be cleaned and also needed one blow dryer. The property manager responded very quickly, sent help and got us a new dryer immediately. I feel you have a good team to back you up and ensure you have a good holiday. 4- others: I love four bikes comes free of charge. Overall, I would recommend flip flop dreams and we will return.
