There are additional parking spaces on the 5th floor & across the street to accommodate multiple vehicles, key-less entry, a collapsible shopping cart sturdy enough to transport items to and from the parking lot or the beach, etc. The beach front, king size, master suite is an en suite with PRIVATE BATH & personal access to the Gulf front balcony. The suite has overhead & indirect lighting, excellent quality bedding, ample storage space & a flat screen television. Enjoy the beauty and privacy of the suite. The Second, king size master suite has private access to the second full bath. Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, it is also spacious and serene with ceiling fan, overhead and task lighting and a flat screen television. BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR are on the north side of the condo with perfect views of the Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf course across the street. They are furnished with a QUEEN BED & TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BED, ceiling fan, dresser, walk in closet and Jack and Jill access to the third full bath. The full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room, right outside the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is open and well-furnished to assure ease of preparation and service. The large granite bar, beautiful custom cabinets & back splash adorn the kitchen’s Coastal Living style appeal. Even KP duty is pleasant here. The cook has a good view of the gulf and sky. Sugar Shore’s spacious family room is light & airy, with a large dining table, breakfast bar, sofa, love seat & 65 in flat screen, smart television. The living room includes a night and day chest with a comfortable queen size bed that doubles as an entertainment center during the day. The entire southern wall is windows and sliding glass door to the balcony, the views from this room are simply amazing. Low density, is one of the great features to enjoy when you’re staying at Sugar Shores. On the east side of the resort, a very large portion of the beach is open and void of development. Good distance from Pier Park. Only thing we recommend is supplying more than 1 trash bag/ toilet paper for the entire week because that’s just not realistic with that many guests. The condo was clean, roomy and well stocked. The location was walking distance to restaurants and family fun across the street. The communication with management was easy and professional. I was able to wake up in the morning to a beautiful view of the ocean. The space we had was more than enough. My girlfriend was able to enjoy her birthday here. The unit had everything we needed and the location was in walking distance to some restaurants. Having to only walk up one flight from the reserved parking spot was perfect. The facility did have one elevator not working which caused for long wait times for the other two. The location is perfect and the floor is just high enough for great beach views and taking our luggage up. The unit is 1 floor above parking and overflow parking is on the same level. The only minimal comment was that it's probably time to replace mattress' but it was doable. It's hard to know unless you sleep on them. The check-in was a breeze and all the staff were friendly. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed upon arrival (running toilet, non-flushing toilet, broken bed frame) that were fixed right away. Also found some small roaches; the owner had a pest control company there within a day. Everything else was great. I would go back again. ##### David B. It was a bit outdated and the furniture was very used/stained. Overall an okay stay, biggest complaint is the mattresses in each of the rooms were horribly uncomfortable and caving in the middle. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries. Only 1 toilet paper per bathroom, definitely not enough for 8 guest for a week’s stay. ##### Candice W. We had 6 adults and 2 15 year olds and had more than enough room. The balcony has great views and plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked. It was very covenient to have a washer dryer in the unit. Parking is tight especially for large vehicles, but if it is too tight, you can park across the street. The owner is easily reachable and even contacted us after checkin to make sure everything was in order. The staff at the facility are very friendly.i would definitely stay here again. ##### Angela L.
