Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the tropical breeze and soothing sounds of the sea. Our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and is stocked with all the essentials for preparing a gourmet meal. After a trip to the local grocer or marina for fresh seafood, you’ll be ready to cook up something special. In addition to the breakfast bar, the separate dining area provides plenty of seating for meals. The condo was clean and had a gorgeous view! Master bed was so soft and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Loved the location and the fact that you needed a gate code to get into the building, garage, and pool area. Make sure you pop over to Schooners for some crab claws and a Miami vice! ##### Kensey K. The property and shared areas are well maintained, clean & easily accessed. The walk to the beach is quick and the restaurant next door is a bonus! We ate there twice! Our unit (1606) was beautifully decorated. And the location was perfect- right off the elevators. The furniture was comfortable - especially the king size bed. We took extra essentials however there was enough there to last us without using our own. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans but had all the small appliance pieces you could need.
