Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Edgewater Tower 2 Unit 205 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps six and is located on the second floor of Tower 2. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. The updated private full bathroom has a separate sink area with a wall-mounted hair dryer as well as an oversized walk-in shower.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Condo was in desperate need of maintenance . Vents in bathroom loose . Carpet loose step on carpet tacks , walls and baseboards need a coat of paint . Couch cushions could not be situated for comfortable seating . Light in regenerator hanging down . Rust in dishwasher

Not clean and outdated

This unit is very outdated and not clean. There were bugs in the unit and the sofa was not isable as you would fall in the floor if you tries to sit on it. The carpet was ripped where it met tile and the ceiling tiles were dirty and falling in places. Mattresses were very old as well. There were no sheets on one of the beds. For the price to stay in this unit, I expected much more, especially a clean place for my children to sleep.
