It was nearly impossible to even carry our luggage down without splitting up. We also did not have any hot water the first couple of days at night. Having scaffolding ropes hanging from our balcony and listening to stucco being grinded off all day and power washing and other assorted things. I paid $100 for a registration package we never used. Pool was cold and hot tub outsided was not working. Inside pool and hot tub were so chlorinated you couldn't stay in there. Room was not described correctly. Master bedroom said king bed it was not. Bunk beds were basically in a bathroom hallway, ridiculous. Three semi rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days and a partial roll of paper towels is just crazy. Loved the beautiful beaches and the gulf, great restaurants around but unfortunately I would not stay at this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. ##### Sherl W. My only suggestion would be to have bath mats with non skid backing. My friend slipped on the mat coming out of shower and broke her wrist. Just a suggestion. We plan on returning. Would stay again!! The unit was very nice and clean. I think the master was supposed to be a king mattress and it’s only a queen. Also it’s wrapped in plastic and very uncomfortable. If every day men lifting up and down our balcony and even coming on the balcony when we were sitting on it, is being able to use it, we were not thrilled. We should have been given a discount.
