It was a ok stay . Clean condo , needs some updates , bathroom towel rod was just hanging on one side the other was out of wall. But over all stay was ok .

The condo itself is not terrible, however, we did have an issue with the fridge. It had quit cooling due to an ice blockage. The listing agent did respond and get us a second fridge placed in the living room. Although, to be honest I’m disappointed that we had no ice for most of our trip because they couldn’t hook the fridge up to a water line, the agent also said he would send us reimbursement for the groceries that we lost and we never saw a dime back. My family and I are fortunate enough that we can afford to replace the groceries or eat out instead, however, there are families who couldn’t afford to lose the food and replace it. I just think the listing agency should think about that kind of hardship.

It would have been nice to notify us that we had to login with Edgewater to get a parking pass. After being at the baseball field, we were anxious to check in but found out we had to go to owner services to get parking pass. The owner needs to replace the mattresses. They are way to soft, creak, and not comfortable. Otherwise, the stay was nice

The place was terrible. First off when you walk in there is a giant hole in the ceiling. Additionally your met with an odd mild mold like odor. Then you travel into the bedroom and there is more dirt. Everything is dirty. The linen was dirty. The bedroom side table were dirty. The bathroom is dirty. Everything was dirty. Then the management was not communicating. They failed to respond back to my messages with them, I would not stay here save your money stay somewhere else. The listing does not match anything that they said it would outside of the fact that there are two beds and there is a balcony.. they were electrical sockets missing the faces in the closet in their old one, but two ceiling bands in the closetlot as well which makes sense why there’s hole in the ceiling
