The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, en suite bathroom, ocean view and balcony access.

The 2nd Master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony access, and ocean view.

The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed en suite bathroom and a flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds.

The oceanfront living room has a 55 inch flat screen tv and a queen size pull out couch.

You must register for parking passes at the front desk between 8am and 5pm. Parking passes are $20 per car.

Spring Break 2025

The only negative I have is the dryer did not work , we reported it on day 1 and still had no dryer on the day we left. The host did send over extra towels and washcloths for our use during the rest of the stay. Great views, great location. Kids enjoyed it

Amazing Trip

Our family absolutely loved our stay! Created amazing memories! One thing to note is that there was very limited toilet paper, soap, no salt/pepper, coffee and things that normally come with a Vrbo so just expect to buy some while you’re there or bring some from home.

The description was totally accurate. The whole stay was a joy for all of us. Very beautiful condo and views. We seen dolphins from our deck every morning. The worst part of our stay was , once our vacation was over we had to leave, but we will be right back next year and hopefully we can get the same condo ..

Great experience overall and my favorite condo so far and we go to the beach pretty much yearly!

Overall, this condo was amazing! We loved the Layout, the view of the beach, the beds and really everything about it! We did have an issue with Wi-Fi but honestly, we were on vacation and were 100% ok with not having Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer gave us some issues but nothing we couldn’t figure out how to get past. Provided kitchen appliances and kitchen ware were plenty and did the job! Pools were always clean (did not have a sandy bottom like we’ve seen in the past) and not very overcrowded. Our older kids could swim and we had a perfect view of them. We really had a great time and anytime we are in PCB with the amount of people we had, we will definitely rent this condo again! Nice

Great location! Not a big building which is perfect to avoid crowds and elevator is always available. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There were dried contacts stuck to one of the nightstands. None of wear contacts so I knew it wasn’t from us. In the bathroom, there was toothpaste plaster from previous guest on the faucet. I always check the beds and there 2 hairs of different styles on the sheets and pillows cases smelled musty. I would definitely recommend this place but just hope the cleaning staff steps it up. Before I leave a place, I strip the beds. I know crews are in a rush but I’d rather not pay a fee and clean it myself. Lol I have a cleaning business so I noticed things and rather do it myself Again, we’d stay here again but I’d bring my own sheets. I usually do, just rushed during packing. Condo was perfect for us and price was very reasonable!

Coral reef stay

As soon as we arrived getting in was easy, but right off the back we noticed the floors were filthy and turned our feet black. No biggie we cleaned the place up. Next, we notice the handle of the sliding glass door to the balcony was extremely loose and ended up breaking off. We contacted our host about this and they said maintenance would fix it the next day. That never happened. We had to fix it. Also, the stay included two parking passes with the stay. The host told us the office would bring them up. They never came so we went down to the office. The lady running the office was very rude and said “it’s not her problem to contact my host”. To which my host responded that there must’ve been a policy change and now I have to go back down to the office and pay for two parking passes. There was just a lot of little frustrating things about the stay. It was unacceptable. They need to take better care of their guests. Please do better next time. We made the best of our trip enjoying the comfort of our family and that’s the only thing that made our trip a good one.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE CONDO ITSELF WAS VERY NICE. THE PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE RENTAL AGEENCY WE PAID FOR TWO PARKING PASSES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE CONDO UPON ARRVIAL WE ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY CASH FOR THEM AT THE DESK DOWN STAIRS THEN BE REFUNDED. THEN THE LIGHT AND CEILING FAN IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS DID NOT WORK FORM THE BEGINNING AND WE LET THEM KNOW SOON AS WE ARRIVED AND THEY KEPT TELLING US THE WHOLE WEEK THEY WOULD SEND MAITENACE BUT NO ONE EVERY CAME TO REPAIR THEY EVEN TEXT BACK AND SAID SOMEONE CAME AND IT WORKED FINE NOT SURE WHERE THEY HAD BEEN??

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage, which worked great for our group of 10. The views were gorgeous. The balcony had plenty of space. It just needed an additional table and chairs set on the side balcony because it had the best breezes!! The pools were nice and clean. The grounds were kept nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful at Coral Reef. The location of the property was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and has been well maintained. The building and property were very quiet and relaxing. The only complaints I have are the number of key fobs you are given, which you need to get to the pool and the beach. The floors and area rug could also use a deep, steam clean. Our feet turned black when barefoot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year my family has stayed in this condo! Great location and great bed situation for a large group! Only a few suggestions: no dresser or area for clothes other than closet in front bedroom with king bed, only two key fobs for beach and pool access for a large number of people, and a Keurig for coffee would be nice. We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back!

Plenty of Room

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The whole condo complex was very clean and you can’t beat the location right on the beach. We watched dolphins from the balcony which was so fun.
