This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee $175.00 Unit sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. This unit is on the lower floor. There are about 5 steps to climb from the parking area. There is also a wheelchair ramp leading up to the unit door. No BBQ grills allowed. Master bedroom has a King bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area. Guest bedroom has two Twin size beds and a Full size bed with access to full bathroom in the hall Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tv with cable & private WI-Fi access \*PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. The unit was super clean (spotless) upon arrival.The unit had everything you need in the kitchen and in front bedroom closet you had all you needed for the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas etc…) The outdoor patio had plenty of seating and tables to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening with amazing views of the ocean right off your deck! We could not watch Netflix or Amazon Prime on the living room TV. When we tried to watch a show every few minutes we were kicked off of the service and had to restart the program. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 15 hours in the car with 2 dogs in tow, we walked into a filthy condo. I won’t go into detail, but it was bad. Lisa tried to work with us on possible solutions to what was a horrible start to our vacation. We did appreciate her efforts. The condo desperately needs a deep clean. The condo maintained a not-so-clean smell throughout our stay. The building could use a refresh. Some of the outside furniture was showing wear as well. The pros: The beach. It was busier on the weekend since there is public access on both sides of the condo, but at this time of year was less crowded. Being close to stores & restaurants was a plus. Even though we were on the beach, we wouldn’t stay at this particular condo again. ##### Stacey C. ---
