The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. I will say the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but a two year old doesn’t mind that. We could walk to restaurants and shops nearby. This is a wonderful property, perfect for our little family of four. It was comfortable and within walking distance of everything. We kayaked in the ocean, laid on the beach, built sandcastles, and sampled every restaurant we encountered. ##### ann w. You cannot beat the central Rosemary Beach location, the space was clean and communication with the rental company was great. The space is definitely tight though, and doesn’t have some of the extra amenities that might be helpful on a beach vacation (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). ##### Hallie M. The location was amazing! A very short walk to the beach and the town square. We rented bikes and went for a long ride up the path along 30A. We had an amazing dinner at Citizen in nearby Alys beach.
