But we loved the place. Size was perfect. View was beautiful. Dog friendly. And when we actually had the chance to walk around, we saw the gorgeous neighborhood, pools and spectacular beach (even though it was 28 degrees out.). Bed was VERY comfortable and shower was excellent. Host Cassie was very responsive and answered texts almost immediately. She resolved what she could but some aspects not her responsibility. Now the bad. Very small condo. Grounds were overgrown and main pool was filthy and both hot tubs did not work. Several of the shops were closed for renovations. However, we were given access to to three other pools in the Carrillon complex, all requiring several minutes walk. Ice maker in fridge on the blink but Cassie offered to reimburse us for ice purchases. No oven in kitchen ( did have toaster oven) and limited cooking supplies. Overall we loved the area and met numerous nice people. Hopefully grounds issues, pool and renovations will be done next year as we already booked for February 24 ( different condo). ##### James G. I brought my two little cavaliers and they had a blast. The place was very clean and pet friendly. Met the neighbors and their pups also. They were very kind.
