Be one of our first guests to stay with us! Everything is brand new and fully renovated. We have put special care in providing everything that you may need during your stay. Happy to answer any questions that may arise since reviews are limited as this property just became available for short term rental April 2022! We also have B unit if your dates are booked for A unit or you are just in need of more space for you group that can be booked together! B unit has been beautifully renovated in 2023 with new kitchen, bathroom and brand new furnishings throughout.

Extremely nice & affordable place to stay

This was my first time visiting PCB & not staying directly on the beach. This place was pet friendly & very convenient access to the beach. The place was very clean & had everything we needed. Everything was explained clearly & the hosts were quick to respond & very accommodating. My sister & I will definitely keep this place on our favorite list!

Very enjoyable stay.

We had a very nice time! The property was just as stated, the hosts were very nice and helpful. It is in a nice area, it is close to the beach close to many activities and eat places. We would definitely go there again.

I highly recommend it, the apartment is equipped with literally everything from the bedroom to the kitchen with access to the washing machine and dryer, you don't have to worry about anything it is very quiet and above all clean, you only need to cross the street to enjoy the white sand on the beach and warm water, we will definitely go back there.

With in walking distance to the public beach access and 10 minutes from the dog beach. Works good for a small family of four due to 1 bathroom and smaller living space.

Super convenient location. Close to attractions but in a quiet spot. Very close to great restaurants. Hosts were very kind and courteous. Property was extremely clean and well kept. Will definitely be back!

Very nice house to stay in

The location of the house is very convenient to go everywhere, the beach is close and in walking range. The rooms are very clean and newly renovated. We love the decorations in the house. It was quiet and comfortable as we stayed in. In all, we are very satisfied with the stays.

The host were very helpful and were great the location of this home is close to everything including the beach right across the street, the house was clean and they allow dogs with no breed restrictions bc I couldn’t find anywhere for my pit mix so no dog judgement is great !

Awesome place

We had a great experience from before we booked i would ask questions and got fast reply back and when i did book it and questions came up she would reply back quick as well. The location was great !! The inside had everything we needed to cook. I will definitely rebook here next year!!

Perfect vacation scape

The place was beautiful and neat and provided everything you needed to feel at home! Even our fur baby was able to get used to it pretty fast, and we love all the little details well-thought for humans and pets! Not only is super close to the beach access but you will have restaurants, bars within walking distance. We had the best time here and already planning our next visit!
