The location of this property was convenient and only a short drive to the beach. At first glance, the home looks appealing because it’s a newer build with attractive finishes,especially the bathroom tile and new kitchen . However, don’t let the new construction fool you—the cleanliness and maintenance were well below expectations.We encountered numerous issues throughout our stay. Several towels were stained, there were bugs in the home, the outdoor grills were dirty, All kitchen dishes was dirty I went out and bought new pots and pans to cook in. and every dining chair was broken to the point that we had to use pillows just to sit comfortably. All the chairs was dirty. The oven was covered with baked-on grease and residue, and the upholstered furniture had visible stains. no one even wanted to sit on the couch.The most concerning issue came at checkout. We removed the bed sheets to help the cleaning staff and found heavily stained mattress protectors on multiple beds. That was extremely unsettling and raised serious concerns about the property’s housekeeping standards. Especially with the amount of cleaning these they charged me and everyone else 300. We reported these issues to the host, but never received a response, which was especially disappointing. While the location was good, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and lack of communication overshadowed the positives.Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not rent from this host again.
