The property itself is beautiful and I thought it was even nicer in person. It had all of the dishes etc that we needed for cooking and even had some beach supplies although he did bring our own chairs from home. There are 4 bikes included with the rental and we rented a children’s bike carrier from the Big Chill across the street.There are bike trails close by & the pool is basically across the street which was really convenient. We visited South Walton Beach one day and the state park beach on another evening which I was very impressed by. It was beautiful, clean and not crowded. Definitely check that out when you’re there. The only thing I will say is I did not realize there would be a long staircase up to the living space, and with a one year old I needed a baby gate. There were two baby gates there at the property but neither of them were big enough to actually block off the stairs, so we rented one from a local baby rental company along with a crib. The beds were comfortable & everything was nice and clean. We would stay here again! The big chill across the street is a fun place to go at night. We went on Monday night and they had a DJ there for the little kids and they had the entire stage filled with toddlers dancing. My 3 year old daughter loved it. ##### Katherine B.
