13th Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 9 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Fall break getaway!

This condo was perfect! We loved the view and saw so many dolphins from the balcony. The sliding door from the living room was really hard to open, but we just used the access from the master.

PCB Spring Break 2025

Location was great. Communication was amazing &everyone I texted or emailed was so kind. Very close to St. Andrews park for fishing- the Spanish Mackeral were biting . The condo - it had all the amenities . It just needs a little love with the trim / some lamps didn’t work / the couch cushions & outdoor seating could use new cushions or a deep clean. That’s just me being super picky. Would recommend:)

Great property!

This is our second time staying at the Majestic but this was an amazing room. Efficient cleaning and communication when needed. I received a call that maintenance needed to come in to inspect outlets but communication was clear and was quick! Overall, great property and very clean!

Nice vacation.

Unit was as described, it was clean, and the complex is nice. There was a large group of college kids partying that we had to go around each day just to get to the beach. They took over the entire front of tower 2. We were also made to move parking spots after being directed to park on a specific floor. Overall it was a good stay.

Majestic has a lot to offer!!! On the beautiful beach, many pools and hot tubs. In site convenience store with Starbucks options. Also on site bar and grill in tower one. And help desk where you can rent wagons, coolers and more!! Unit 1306 was beautiful and roomy. Could use some updates to main couch and also had to report mold/mildew on hallway access bathroom but maintenance did come right away to do what they could during our stay. Additional 40 for parking but it was handy and safe.?

Relaxing Vacation

Just what we needed. Nice condo with a great view and plenty of room for 6 adults. Two young female adults, my husband and myself with my elderly parents. We rented a scooter/wheelchair for my mom and it was easy access in the condo and out on the property. Parking was located on the 3rd floor, elevator takes you to the walkwy over the busy street. If you need a cart for luggage or groceries you can get that on level 3. We used it for groceries, security just keeps your ID until it is returned.I often seen security, which is nice. They were checking on wristbands and made people leave if they didn't have them. Overall no complaints. Kitchen had the essentials, living room couch and all the beds were more than comfy. Would definitely come back.

Great location, view beautiful could use a refresh

We enjoyed our visit, nice place. However, the kitchen silverware only 5 forks, 6 spoons. We did make to emerald coast aware. Owner asked not to eat or drink on furniture, that seems a bit unreasonable. Comfortable overall , a bit of noise, as it’s right next to elevators. Door frame needs repair, they we forgot to mention. We would go back Could use some new non fabric patio furniture as it was subject to weather.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view out of the living room, porch, and master bedroom was just gorgeous. I can't imagine waking up everyday to this view, but I'd like to. Everything was exactly as the host mentioned. I have an oversized vehicle and there was parking below the ramp for that too. This property had everything we wanted and more. The jacuzzi tub and shower in the Master Bedroom were amazing. I had my own built in vanity and a desk area too. The washer and dryer were oversized and new, our room was right outside of the elevator which made it so convenient. I had Starbucks available in the market downstairs and any other small grocery items. Pineapple Willy's was a fun restaurant we walked to. We also visited Zoo World and had an interactive CappyBara experience only 5 minutes away.

Wonderful!!!

We loved our stay and definitely will come back. It was perfect for 2 couples. The best part is the balcony and the padded chairs, we spent a lot of time there staring at the beautiful water. Amazing view!!! The room and resort were very clean and the beds were so comfy. All of the staff was super friendly. A huge bonus is how close you are to the beach, just a few steps and you are there. It was a fantastic and super restful week. Only bad thing was several people staying around us frequently smoked pot on their balconies, even though it was prohibited. No fault of the resort, just very rude guests. But seems to be the theme anymore sadly.

Tower 2

The listing did not specify tower 2 and I should have checked. We were expecting tower 1. The condo was pretty clean, however, there is trim missing in places, the bathroom cabinet was broken. There is a broken drawer in the fridge. The dryer melted the strings on our shorts. Multiple things were not as we had hoped, but it was clean and a great location. I will say the biggest complaint I have is the unspecified 4% convenience fee they tried to charge for our stay.

Cleanliness

Walking bearfooted for first time in unit felt sand in floor in each room. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Covers needed to be washed, pillows needed to be washed smelled like rhey had been used. Celing tiles had brown stains from water leaks. Some dishes were dirty cleaning person should double check to make sure all dishes that are put away in cabinets are completely cleaned. Couch could use a good shampooing or an udate with different fabric. Birds are bad to fly onto balcony and leave droppings. Other than these complaints owner is very quick to reapond, had a beatiful beach view. Owner may want to have a discussion with cleaning agent to make sure cleaning is done properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros/ We always stay at majestic beach resort, it’s one of the best places! Low wait times on elevators, great amenities, good location to get where-ever you’re going in Panama, plenty of pools and hot tubs to accommodate everyone! Cons/ The condo needs some maintenance, front door coming off of the hinges, mold or mildew in the showers. Also the lamp shades looked cracked or broke. Cleanliness, main areas were clean but the balcony was covered in bird poop and lots of sand, something spilt all down the wall in the master bedroom, dead bug smashed on the wall, curtains in living room and master bedroom drag the ground so the bottoms were very dirty. Under the beds looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, I dropped my phone under it and had to wash it off. All in all we had a great time and didn’t let any of this bother us but I do think there’s some things that could be addressed to make the experience even better!

This was a nice cozy place to stay, cute little place. Although it was just my husband and I since my kids couldn't come we had plenty of room. I think they should invest in bettercook ware needs updated and toaster needs replaced. One part of the couch seems broken down, so if you sit in that spot make sure you have someone helping you out. Other then that still wirth it.

This is a great location, however the room was not ready at 4:00. There was cleanliness issues, and the washing machine did not work. They did bring a new washer after 2 days. I attached pictures of how dirty the condo was on arrivalI know things happen but I would not stay here again

Beautiful condo

Our stay at the Majestic was great! The only drawback to our stay was that the washer didn't work. We traveled a long distance with a big family so was hoping to have use of the laundry, but other than that our condo was amazing! Would definitely return!

Never got to use the bathtub.

Never got to use the main bathtub in the master bath room do to a leak above the bathtub maintenance worked on it the whole week. TV in the kids room never worked told maintenance about it but they never did anything.
