This unit has a beautiful picture window with one of the best views in the building! You will find the kitchen fully equipped to cook those quick meals, or snacks. The condo does NOT have a balcony in the unit, but just step outside and down the halls there are several communal balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon cold beverage. The beach is literally just steps from this great condo! The bathroom has a full combination tub/shower for your convenience. In addition to an outdoor pool, Top of the Gulf provides a fitness center, computer room and Childrens pool along with a snack shack (open in season) for quick meals and beverages! There is a laundry room with washer/dryers on the second floor of the building and all even floors. It is across the hall from the elevator.
