Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This beachfront condo is just perfect for your coastal getaway! The private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico is a wonderful spot for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the evening sunsets. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up one of the BBQ grills located just downstairs. Beach access allows you to spend countless hours on the sand, and enjoy a range of aquatic adventures! Seasonal, complimentary beach chairs are included with this vacation rental. These will be available upon checking in with the lifeguard in front of the property. They are offered at Adventures at Sea, which is situated directly in front of the complex. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12. Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella are included at no charge during guest stay. Guest will need to see beach attendant to be provided these. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I would seriously suggest looking into your cleaning crew. I really enjoyed the security, but had to buy an armband (HOA) required, but I did not see one person wearing theirs. Location was great...beach front and only fews minutes away from St Andrew's State Park... I actually tried fishing from all piers and Park and it was great and lots of fun!!! Only regret is that the beach was right in front of my room and I totally missed the opportunity to try surf fishing... but there is always a next time and I will surely be coming back to PCB...and hopefully get the same condo as well ...love the fact that parking was gated also...and again outstanding view of the beach!!! ##### JACKY S.
