The house was amazing. Clean and plenty of room as described in the listing. Had two very minor issues which the rental company handled ASAP. Very responsive. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Peaceful Easy Feeling

Peaceful Easy Feeling is a lovely home on Carillon Beach, near Panama City Beach. A gated community. Beautiful views and a white sand beach. The home has a private pool, well maintained and heated. Close to Rosemary Beach and near shopping and dining. Nice carriage house. Good communication with management team.

Our family of 13 recently stayed at this property, and overall it provided plenty of sleeping accommodations to meet our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had the supplies necessary for preparing meals for a large group.However, there were several drawbacks that future guests should be aware of. The bathrooms are in need of renovation. The tub/shower areas show significant wear, and the bathrooms only have pedestal-style sinks with no cabinetry or counter space, making it difficult to store personal items and get ready each day.The home also features multiple spiral staircases, including one in the main living area. While visually unique, they can be challenging to navigate and may pose a safety concern, especially for taller guests who could bump their heads or for families with children and older adults.Another disappointment was the lack of a large dining table. Although the home accommodates a large number of guests, there was no dining space where our entire family could gather for meals together, which was important to us.Additionally, the doorknob on the main entry door broke during our stay. We contacted management, but the issue was never repaired. As a result, we had to use an alternate entrance for the remainder of our stay, which made loading and unloading luggage and belongings much more difficult.While the home offers ample sleeping space and a well-equipped kitchen, improvements to the bathrooms, dining accommodations, stair safety, and mainten

Fantastic Family Vacation

We loved our week at Peaceful Cottage! The property was beautiful, and the location was perfect. I was there with my grown children, their spouses, and my five grandchildren. We all fell in love with Carillon Beach!

Crystal clear water and sea turtles

The layout is nice with a carriage house to divide up as needed. The water is crystal clear and the kids were able to swim with sea turtles and dolphin right behind the house. The parking is a little tight so I would look to carpool as much as possible. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful property in the relaxed Carrillo beach

Wonderful house right on the beach in the carillon beach community. Close to grocery stores and a number of restaurants. House had a very nice pool as well and a great set up for a big extended family. Note the 3rd floor bedroom and the loft beds are more exposed to the family room area so we’re a little louder Included beach chairs were nice as well

Beautiful home, well appointed.

This home is beautiful, spacious, very clean , newly redecorated. The home owners stocked the kitchen with William's Sonoma cookware and dishes, we even enjoyed the waffle maker twice. This home doesn't seem to lack anything! Tom, our property manager, met us at the property when we arrived to make sure we had all we needed- bikes, beach chair service, turned on the water spray feature in the pool, and showed us where all the games were, which we took advantage of. We had some fun family game time. Highly recommended. A great week- beautiful beach, beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, great service.
