Our stay was great! The host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. If I could have given 10 stars, I would. Val was absolutely amazing. The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Thank you for helping make my family’s vacation that much better!

The listing did not have the actual pictures of what to expect when we arrived, the room was very dated and we could not get to the balcony from the living room. Stand up air conditioner hoses were run out of the side window and the door sealed shut. Bedroom also had a stand up air conditioner and hoses run out of the window. We could use the bedroom balcony door. But we love to keep the balcony doors open and listen to the waves of the ocean when we come in to rest from a day at the beach, in fear of the rooms getting too hot and those stand up air conditioners not being able to keep up. Amy one with small children would have a constant hassle of curious fingers because of the controls being so close to the floor. The stay in the room was loud and an eyesore and for the price we paid it was a disappointment. The doors to the stand up shower only one would slide open, had to be inside the shower to turn the water on, the faucet side would not open. We like to let the water get to the right temperature before stepping in, that was disappointing but we managed. The room also has a doorbell cam outside the door so you are being watched going and coming, we had never seen that before in all our stays at the Sunbird. We felt like we had to search inside the rooms for cameras but didn’t find anything. Overall we had a good vacation, if the listing would have mentioned or shown actual pictures of the floor Air conditioners then we would have no complaints.
