The perfect place for your family vacation. Plenty of room for mom, dad, grandma and grandpa and the kids too! This condo has 1366 square feet of living space and 119 square foot balcony. Sit on the balcony or sit behind the floor to ceiling windows in the living room for the best views of the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortably sleeps up to 8, in two king-sized beds, a set of built in bunk beds for the kids, and a queen sleeper sofa. A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. No Pets, No Smoking inside unit. Enjoy the shimmering white sands and emerald green waters of the majestic Gulf of Mexico from your amazing great room. Floor to ceiling windows and a huge balcony make this your perfect place in paradise. You'll feel right at home with the coastal casual decor. There's plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and leather recliners. There's a man-sized TV, too. Your rental includes Roku Streaming TV and Lux Speed Wireless Internet throughout the property at no additional charge. Bring your computer and surf by the surf! Step into the dressing area with double sinks, high end cabinetry and granite counter tops. There's a large closet for storage, too. The garden tub and shower combo and toilet are located in a private area and is a relaxing oasis. The Caribbean Nights second bedroom also has a king-sized bed with adjoining bath that is shared with the great room. The second bathroom has a modern tiled shower, high end cabinetry and granite counter top. The bedroom has it's own wall mounted TV, too. Luxury linens are provided with your rental. So relaxing! The full sized washer and dryer are adjacent to the second bathroom. An iron and ironing board are included in case you need to spruce up your outfits before you go out for the evening! The kids will LOVE the Crew's Quarters bunk room with built in twin over twin bunk beds. These bright red bunks were built in especially for the kiddos. It's a fun space made just for them. This small room has its own door, too. Bunk beds are for use by kids under 100 lbs. only, please. Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. The unit really wasn’t clean upon arrival and the rental office was very generous in offering to send a crew back over but we had already unpacked and honestly didn’t want the inconvenience of moving our “stuff” around ... anyone wanting to have a great beach vacation should consider this unit as it is what the beach is all about !! ##### rich c. The condo was clean and well kept. Only downside was listening to the upstairs neighbors open and shut the patio door. The cushion on the lounge chair outside needs to be replaced but everything was perfect. The view was great and truly relaxing. We were pleased with our choice of this property. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with things we needed. We loved the view! The only negative would be the bed in the master bedroom was too hard. It was easy for us only having 2 people to switch to the other bedroom for sleeping. The room we just like the photos . Beautiful views we enjoy seeing and hearing the ocean 🌊 ❤️ the things we didn't love was the internet was going on and off. Also if your like me,and have autistic children make sure they are doing the movies at the pool before you take them it was breakdown city. Also the restaurant and bar closes at 9pm and that includes the only bathrooms. Also at night there were no lifeguards.I'm not sure about during the day. ##### Sheena C. The property is great, everybody is always smiling(staff and guest) over all I enjoy the experience. But it would have been better if the floor below hadn't been undergoing renovations, excessive noise during the day, from drilling, hammering, saw noise. Here is a list: no light bulbs in 2 out of 3 lights in spare bedroom, 2 out of 3 lights in kitchen, blinds in bedroom did not cover the window, with approximately 8 inch gap at bottom where light is coming in from outside all night, laundry washer knob was broken off, kitchen island had a broken piece laying on the floor, kitchen faucet was so loose I thought it was going to fall off, dishwasher was missing a wheel in the bottom rack making it difficult to pull out, living room blinds were broken at the top, barstool seat was completely broken off from the base. Completely disappointed in the quality of all furniture & appliances. It appeared to be the cheapest you could get to say you had those items in the property. Unfortunate quality for such a beautiful view of the beach/water. The property management did send someone over to “fix” some things, However, he brought some light bulbs and fixed the bar stool, saying he would come back later & he never returned. Lastly, it was nice that this was a “gated property” however, one night we were returning from dinner & the security opened the gate & the gate fell on our vehicle. The security person did not say anything, no sorry, nothing. The lack of apologize or even acknowledging the accident to me was completely poor form. ##### Mary W. Check-in process was easy. However, we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Some examples are: 1\. Comforter on beds were so disgusting that we went to Walmart to buy a different blanket to use. I travel frequently for work, and this is the first time I ever felt the need to buy a blanket to replace a comforter. 2\. Sofa was also very dirty, and we used another blanket to cover it so we could sit on it. 3\. One of the recliners was broke and when you sit in it you lean significantly to the right; 4\. The bunk beds sheets had hair on them making us wonder if they actually were washed; 5\. Hot water on bathroom faucet didn’t work; 6\. Ceiling fan in bedroom only worked if light was on due to pull chain being broke; and 7\. The floors and rugs were very grimy as if they hadn’t been cleaned thereby necessitating wearing shoes or slippers at all times. Other general concerns: 1\. The hot water tank doesn’t seem big enough for the number of occupants. We routinely ran out of hot water for 6 of us taking showers. 2\. The bunk bed setup was concerning. It appears to be two closets converted into a bunk bed. Access was challenging especially for parents. 3\. Only two garbage bags provided which is insufficient for large families. 4\. Soap only provided in one bathroom. Other bathroom and kitchen had no soap. Owner says supplies are limited due to COVID, but the supplies are available at local Walmart. Overall, while a great location, the owner appears to take a very cheap approach to cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. ##### Eric P. We originally were told no check ins before 5 pm so we arranged our travel time to that. However, we received notification an hour and a half earlier that we could check in, but we weren't close yet. We had to go to an off site office to get our parking passes. It would be nice if it was onsite at the guard shack. Upon arrival the condo was as it appeared in the pictures. Great views! I feel as though house keeling could have done a better job. There was sand in the bunk beds and dirty clothes under the secondary bed in the bedroom. The remotes were missing batteries and the fan in the secondary bedroom only worked when the light was turned on. There was a box fan in the closet that was available for use.
