This home treats you to three floors of porch and balcony views of the emerald water and white sandy beaches. The first floor offers a private bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a media room with an oversized, comfortable couch, a full bathroom, and direct access to the private pool and outdoor space. Outside you will find a grill, seating, private pool, and shared a beach walk-over that leads to the private beach. The second floor provides stunning views throughout the day of the beach. The living room is perfectly positioned to enjoy your favorite movie or watch the sunrise and set. The balcony has nice seating and a table for dining al-fresco. The dining table has water views as well and can accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen offers barstool seating for 4 and has nice appliances. There is a guest bedroom on this floor that has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom. The third floor features a master suite that is simply a retreat. Treat yourself to the private balcony to enjoy the best views in the house throughout the day. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. \- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great location just minutes from downtown rosemary beach. Newly remodeled but they didn’t check things out very well. Basement fridge rattles Ice maker in kitchen not working Dish washer to right side not working Dish washer to left side -door gets hooked on plastic cover at bottom Microwave- does not heat unless you push door in after closing Sliding doors on level 1 and 2 do not lock - broken and mid-aligned Pool water low on Sunday.
