Memorial Visit.

The cleanliness of Tidewater was impressive. The condo was very clean. The view of 1102 was amazing. We loved the condo and the elevator being just outside the door.

Spring Break 2024

Check in was the easiest we have experienced! Location was quiet and beautiful but close enough to the downtown area it was within walking distance! We had no issues with elevators as others seem to have had - they were super busy - but everyone was nice and worked together! Everything was as we expected or better ! Great Spring Break 2024 !

2 outdoor pools both with Hot tub/spas. Fitness center with steamrooms and saunas located in the restroom area (so they are seperated by geneder) Indoor pool (I found it to be slightly unpleasant as it was too warm and humid, but that didnt deter my children on a rainy day) no hot tub/spa in the indoor pool. Arcade was small, but thats good for me because I could see my children easily. Easy access to the beach. The condo itself

Amazing Room

Could have used some baking pans and a can opener (we bought one and left it) nothing major. The master shower door doesnt close without forcing it at the bottom. No complaint about room. Resort elevators are ridiculously slow. Most all beach resorts are slow but never seen one this slow. Your condo was worth staying in. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building location was very good & had great views of the gulf. The property was clean. The furniture throughout the unit was in terrible condition - beyond just old or worn - seat cushions were torn with stuffing coming out, heavily stained chair upholstery on dining chairs & barstools, torn bedspreads, pillows matted flat, 2 of the 4 bed mattresses were severely broken down - again not just normal wear on older furniture - the furniture was not appropriate to a rental - if you can get a different condo at Tidewater it’s a great location

Nice Condo but...

This condo was nearly perfect for our family. 7 of us had plenty room and another 3-4 people would be fine. Large comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony and sitting area. BUT, we will never stay in the Tidewater location. Limited beach access unless you pay for their over priced chairs and umbrella (they restrict the area) that stayed <50% full. Further the worst experience were the elevators. From Sunday afternoon until Saturday morning we spent 15-18 hours cumulative per person just waiting on the elevators! It took 2.5 hours on Saturday to make two trips up and down the elevators to get the cars packed. What a travesty to this property owner who owns such a nice condo.

I can't say I enjoyed our stay because the elevators ruined our vacation. Sometimes, we had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator. It was ridiculous and took the convenience away from our vacation. If literally confined us to the unit because it was such a TASK coming and going, with the elevator situation being so terrible. I won't be going back to Tidewater Resorts due to the elevators having such a negative impact on our stay. Literally, every visitor who shared an elevator ride with us complained about it.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not have a problem with the property management which is why I hate to give a bad review however the facility has got to do better with the elevator situation. With 30 floors, they tried (at times) to handle the crowds by having an employee on the elevator trying to help but it just wasn’t enough. We spent so much of our time waiting on elevators. We were on the 11th floor & my family had to use the stairs multiple times. I don’t agree with having to pay extra for parking. However there was plenty of parking & the location was close to everything. The paint was peeling in the master, the door did not lock in the master, & the bed was a little hard. The furniture on the balcony was rusty which for that kind of money, you would expect updated things. I don’t like smelling cigarette smoke & weed on my balcony either. The pools were nice & plenty of space for everyone so you didn’t feel overcrowded. I don’t agree with $70/day to rent a chair! There should be some for the facility. Overall the place was nice but the elevator situation ruined it for us.

If you all could add some more baking pans that would be a plus also one of the plugs in the master bedroom and one on the balcony doesn’t work. Overall I would stay here again but until Tidewater fix those elevators I’ll have to pass. We literally had to wait 15 or more minutes for an elevator.
