As the name alludes, pure Beach Bliss awaits you here in vibrant Panama City Beach, a destination well-known for its desirable blend of sun-soaked adventures and soothing, swaying palm trees lulling you into a state of serenity. At this cheerful, beachfront condo for 6, you really can have it all, from luxurious accommodations to unlimited access to the miles of sandy shoreline and everything in between.  
  
Please note: From October through April, guests may experience construction noise during the day and, at times, limited balcony access.  
  
The Space:  
  
Located within the popular resort community of The Summit, you won’t have to wait long to transition fully into vacation mode, with desirable amenities for the whole family right on site. Whether you’re making a splash in either of the 2 inground swimming pools, relaxing in the hot tub, grabbing a bite and a drink at the tiki bar, market, or restaurant, or getting the adrenaline pumping on the tennis courts or in the fitness center, there’s so much for you to see and do!  
  
As you head out to explore the greater area, St. Andrews State Park is less than 4 miles away offering many oceanfront trails, or you can venture to Pine Log State Forest or Conservation Park where inland trails and boardwalks are perfect for walking, hiking, and bicycling amid the trees and marshland. For shopaholics, a trip to the outdoor mall at Pier Park is a must. From over 120 stores including name-brand retailers, to an IMAX theater and laser tag, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy. When it’s time to feed your appetite there are dozens of dining options to choose from, including seafood staples with oceanfront views like Runaway Island or Pineapple Willy’s.  
  
The home’s bright and welcoming interior keeps the beachy vibes flowing as you relax and unwind amid the comfortable furnishings and coastal-themed décor. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. A sliding glass door is all that separates you from the breezy balcony where the panoramic ocean views are best enjoyed with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.   
  
Back indoors, the well-equipped kitchen is ready to host all your mealtime endeavors, with all-white appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage of all your snacks and goodies. Snag a stool at the counter to nosh on a spread of appetizers or gather around the dining table, seating 4 for formal meals and family game nights alike.   
  
This home sleeps 5 guests between a private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a hallway nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.   
  
The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
The home also includes a half bathroom, attached to yet separated from the main bathroom by pocket door.

• You must be 25 years old to rent out the property.   
  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
  
• Guests will check in at the front desk. Please note that there is a $27 fee to the resort for one parking pass and five wristbands. Additional parking passes may be purchased based on availability.  
  
• One set of seasonal beach chairs (available March 1–October 31) is provided per reservation. (One set includes two chairs and one umbrella.)

Condo was awesome. Everything i expected and more. Place was clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Plenty for my family. Managment and owner reached out mutiple times checking in on us. Personable. Very easy check in and out. The beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. Place was very comfortable. Almost like home. Will definitely be contacting Grand Welcome in the future. Great work guys.

We have contacted Grand Welcome vacations about cleaning and mold issues with the condo. Constant run around about issues. They said they were gonna comp. Us cleaning fee, and never got back ahold of us. They keep sending messages on our phone, they wouldnt answer us on your Vrbo. Something isnt right about this place. Were very unhappy. Black and pink mold in fixtures. Dust on fans and door to hot water heater and ac unit. Mop and broom left in living room. Very dirty.

The beach view was wonderful. Certain areas of unit how ever was not acceptable in my opinion. The kitchen had cabinet doors that were missing, the dishware was disorganized and looked like a hodgepodge of inexpensive items. The refrigerator electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall and uncovered. The hallway outlet was protruding out of the wall, the shower curtain was too short width wise so it didn’t even cover the space. The front door lock striker plate was so loose the door didn’t shut securely. Just very shoddy as very little care was taken to make the unit inviting. For the money charged it was disappointing. The building staff and communication with them was wonderful, no complaints at all. We loved the area, beach and pool but for the money spent we would have to see real improvements and upgrades in that unit.
