Barbarossa is a beautiful two-story 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom Florida cottage style home in Rosemary Beach that has been redecorated, giving the home a bright refreshing feel. . This luxury home includes its own private pool and is perfectly located on the south side of highway 30A. This home has been designed and decorated with modern and simple taste in mind. With dark reclaimed wood furniture and light linens, this home feels elegant, open, and bright. Upon entry from the front door of the home, you will walk into the dining/kitchen area, which can comfortably seat 6 guests at the table and 4 more at the kitchen island counter. The kitchen flows into the living area with plush seating with an HDTV. The first floor of this home also includes the master bedroom which features a king bed, full private bathroom, and access to the home’s private courtyard. There is a half bathroom on the main level of the home accessible from the kitchen and living space. A large covered porch leads out the front door to the private courtyard area where there is a swimming pool and plenty of seating for everyone to bask in the sun and relax. The second level of the home features another large sitting area with ample seating and a flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level to accommodate up to 8 guests. The first guest bedroom includes a king size bed and private full bathroom. The second guest room includes a queen size bed and access to the home’s private second level balcony. The third room is a bunkroom and includes two twin over twin sets of bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom accessible from the second level sitting area. With 10 guests we found the common living space to be tight. But there was an additional TV room on the second floor. Plenty of space for our family and short walk to the beach as well as to shops. My only complaint was that the pool was smaller than I anticipated it would be. It is hard to tell in the pictures the size, but it was more like an oversized hot tub. Nevertheless, the kids enjoyed it and it was the perfect temperature all week. The dipping pool outside is great when you want to just relax at home on a hot day. Our only complaints were the cleanliness. We like a very clean home and this was a 3 out of 5 for reference. Also, the remote to the television in the master bedroom does not work. If the property manager resolved these issues, I would highly recommend this property! ##### Jennifer G. Everything was great! no complaints! lots of restaurants nearby! Misty was great answering all our questions! A couple suggestions for any future guests. In general it is probably the same for most of these rentals. Bring some garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Bring some insect repellent for the biting flies on the beach (in the morning). If you have young children and are not renting chairs and umbrellas, you cannot use "tents". So bring a couple beach umbrellas. Small stuff, great vacation spot! ##### Robin R. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware you would ever need! Refrigerator was on the small side. Had two family rooms but neither was big enough for us all to get together for movies or TV. Stairs in the house and outside had no railings . The outside had no railings for steps up to porch or down to pool. No railing on porch and there was about a 3 foot drop off to pool area. We really enjoyed the pool though. Walk to beach was not bad at all. The balcony upstairs railing had a slat missing...big enough for a small child to fall through. We were so happy with our spring break stay in this beautiful home! This was perfect for 3 adults, 3 teens and a 13 lb dog. The courtyard was so pleasant and we spent a lot of time on the porch and in the pool. Although the pool was on the smaller side, the adults and teens enjoyed using it everyday. The teens spent hours swimming in it daily. The fee to have it heated was well worth it. It was refreshing after a day at the beach. We also appreciated that the porch was on the side of the house rather than the front which offered some privacy. The outdoor shower was great after returning from the beach and for rinsing off beach gear. The gas grill worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans//utensils/grill utensils. The coffee maker was a a combo k-cup and regular pot. We ordered a grocery delivery from Publix and the kitchen was easy to use for cooking meals. The large kitchen table was great for game nights with everyone. We were impressed with how clean the house was upon our arrival. It made us feel comfortable, especially during the pandemic. The beds were comfortable Although a tight fit, we were able to park a Lincoln Navigator in the garage. Close on-street parking was available for our second truck. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and to shops & restaurants. The Disneyesque neighborhood was very quiet yet close to the action of the shops/greens. We rented chairs at the beach and were happy to not have to scramble for a good spot everyday or worry about carrying chairs/umbrellas over beach accesses with steep stairs. Misty from property management was awesome. She was very responsive and easy to work with. We called on a Sunday and got an immediate response. Misty replaced a shower curtain for us and a light bulb in a bedroom lamp. The pool heater stopped working and fixed the same day for us. Misty was also very helpful and answered many questions for us before we arrived. Such a great house! Can’t wait to rebook! ##### Erin K.
