It was nice to have “Emerald Hub” as an option close by. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable! The balcony was a great place to hang out with great views. The unit needs some “fixing up”, even though the decor was nice. The toilet in the master was leaking, the glass sliding door to the balcony did not slide, the kitchen sink needs a stopper, the sliding doors did not lock, we needed more towels(no one on vacation wants to do laundry daily, and more trash bags for the kitchen in a smaller trash can(the full trash bags did not fit in the trash bin). You couldn't ask for a better location and view of the beach/ocean. Trip started with getting into the parking garage with no issues. We were able to get up quickly to the condo on the 19th floor. Yes, the elevators can be crowded at check in time--however, we did not have any issues with that during our stay. We got up and down pretty quickly each time. The condo itself is GORGEOUS. It was very clean, bright, and well stocked with all that you would need. There was a Keurig, coffee pot, well stocked kitchen, even a spice rack! There was a washer/dryer, cooler and chairs available for the beach. We had everything that you could possibly need for a beach weekend. The place is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We loved watching the sunset every evening on the balcony, you can't beat these views! We saw dolphins every morning and even saw a sting ray jump out of the water. Pretty neat. The sound of the ocean at nighttime was the best. Once in the condo, we were able to walk to everything. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pier park is very close by--and we recommend going to Tootsies for some after dinner music and drinks. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here, we will without a doubt be back! ##### Bryce B. The view from our balcony was beautiful! The location was perfect--short walk to beach and short walk to Pier Park with restaurants and shopping. The property has 2 nice size pools, a Tiki Bar and 2 reserved beach lounge chairs with umbrella!. The condo itself had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 6 and some to spare. It must have been recently updated, because everything looked brand new. We will definitely stay in this condo again on our next trip to PCB. We loved it! ##### Greer C. The beach decor, beautiful kitchen and bar; a beach house with a balcony looking out onto the blue green ocean. The owners kept it very clean and organized as well. Although my family and I were only staying here for 4 days, it felt like OUR home away from home. LOVED IT. ##### vy n. Elevators are a nightmare and extremely slow. Only one pool open during our stay, which didn’t effect us much with the cool weather on our Spring Break. Beautiful location right next to the Pier and Pier Park. Loved that we could walk to have supper. The evening traffic was horrible with Spring Breakers and a bit embarrassing for a mom and her kids.
