This unit was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The entire resort was unfortunately under construction, but Barbara went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, that we enjoyed our stay, and always answered any concerns we had about all of the construction going on. She was very professional and accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again !

This is our 3rd Christmas and New Year's we have spent in Long Beach Resorts PCB for Baseballfest. Views are always great and location is one of the best only about 10 min from the ballpark and Walmart, Walgreens ect.... only about a block away. For anyone booking now or the next month or so construction is still ongoing so our heated pool was still closed during that time but there was another one in between tower 3 and 4 and also beach access was only available at the main pool which was an inconvenience but not much you can do until they finish. Tower 1 seemed to be close to being done. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The fridge had gone out during the holidays and our host promptly got a replacement. Communication was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely GORGEOUS and BEST HOST EVER

I stayed at this property when it snowed in January 2025! The host was BEYOND helpful in EVERY way - she even was nice enough to let us stay an extra day free of charge, as we were snowed in. The condo had the most BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean you could see in every room. I couldn't have picked a better place and I will stay at this property every time I come to PCB. Between the excellent host, amazingly beautiful condo, and location - you can't beat it! So thankful I found this place!

Wonderful rental

We usually stay on the west end of Panama City beach so this area was new to us and was perfect for our family! The host was easy to work with and made the check in process super simple. Everyone loved the convenience of parking right in front of the condo, and we never waited on elevators! The condo was furnished with everything we needed. The balcony was huge, and we enjoyed that both bedrooms overlooked the ocean with access to the balcony.

PCB Long Weekend

This condo was a pleasure in all respects. There was plenty of parking near the unit. Common areas were will kept. The beach is a short walk from the unit. Our only criticisms were that the shower drain backed up and the vertical blinds were missing some verticals affecting privacy in the bedrooms. Also, two people walked in unannounced at 9 a.m. to get a mattress.

The location was fantastic and the fact that every single room had an ocean view was everything! Kitchen was perfect. And the balcony was over sized and deep. The only minor issue was the blinds were not working correctly in all the rooms so extra care had to be taken. But that was a minor inconvenience. Perfect beach views from both rooms!

We enjoyed our stay here! We loved the open concept and split bedroom layout vs the traditional shotgun style layout of most condos. Another favorite was the big window views of the beach from BOTH rooms. Being on the 3rd floor was very convenient. Parking was easy to find & the elevators were quick. The big pool with the hangout bar & grill was alot of fun! I appreciated that the one pool stayed open late, you don’t find that very often. The location is great as it is close to a lot of the main spots. I did notice the outside of the building seems a bit outdated & looked to have some cracks, but obviously not the owners fault. Barbara was great to work with!

Great Condo!

Highly recommend booking this condo. The owners were great to work with. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Loved the full length windows from both bedrooms so everyone got an ocean view. The master bath was huge which was great - although there was some leaking out of the shower (just needs some caulking done around the frame). The view of the ocean was AMAZING - loved the choice of the 3 pools with a poolside bar and grill. I also loved that at this resort, the "towers" are not as tall as some of the others and are spread out so the beach area did not seem as crowded as some of the other resorts. I loved the tiled balcony with plenty of seating out there as well (since we spend a lot of time on the balcony when not at the beach). This property was definitely a great choice, especially for the budget!
