Located on the 3rd floor of the quiet Top of the Gulf Resort, the Salty Turtles® Beachfront II condo is newly remodeled and has one of the best views in Top of the Gulf directly overlooking the beach and pools! New updates include custom pine shiplap walls throughout, quartz kitchen countertops, new appliances, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, has two comfortable queen beds, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee bar, smart TV, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. This condo has it all and is the perfect relaxing and affordable getaway for friends, couples, and small families! The resort features (2) gulf front pools (one full size, deep pool + one toddler pool) with showers, direct private beach access, shaded seating, sundeck, poolside snack bar, newly updated fitness center, sundry store, book exchange, lobby lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, charcoal grills, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table. It is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Beach Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands.
