Coastal Cabana ~ Cozy getaway in the heart of town w/a privately fenced backyard

The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (14 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

Great Family Getaway

Our family had to find a different place to rent last minute. This turned out to be an amazing change of pace. We usually stay at the other end of the beach. We found the location to be perfect. Close to everything while still quiet and peaceful. The beach access was beautiful and never very crowded. We stayed with our 3 teens and had plenty of space. Our dog enjoyed the yard and we are glad because it turned out to be her last trip. We had a hard time keeping the 3rd room cool enough but I think that's to be expected for a garage bedroom in Florida. We ran into an issue with the Roku and the Host tried very hard to fix it for us in a timely manner. Although it never got resolved I appreciated how helpful and understanding she was. Absolutely would stay again.

Nice spot

Owner was very accommodating with any needs. The inside was nice and clean. Nice fenced in back yard for our dog was great. We had our two kids and they liked it also especially being able to have their own areas. Only like 3 mins from the beach and around all kinds of activities.

Amazing time!!

This property was very clean. Easy access to all things Panama. Porperty management responded very quickly to the only problem we had. Due to the storms that came in the night before our stay the wifi box needed to be reset. The only suggestion i would give is replace the shower head with an adjustable handheld one.
