Our vacation rental sleeps 8, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a king and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs. The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area. Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below). Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities. Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. Loved how the check in and check out instructions was sent via text. Room was very hot even though they were a box fan in the closet. Room did not come with rental beach chairs and umbrella. Had to pay $40 per day! It’s a great location with lots of amenities. The views are excellent. The pools are clean and numerous and hot tubs are nice. We enjoyed this condo. The decor was very nice. Plenty of seating, drawers and tables. Our beds were comfortable, but the blinds didn’t work on the door to the balcony which made it very bright in the room at sunrise. A few things that could make it even better - clean the mold in the shower and fix the running toilet. Add some more dishes and utensils to the kitchen and secure the table legs (a bit wobbly). Very nice and well kept condo with easy access to the beach. There are 4 condo buildings on the property which are all connected with a common walking path on the ground level to get to all buildings. This one is building 4, which is about a 3 minute walk to cantina and large pool area. CONS: No bedding for the pull out sofa bed (FRUSTRATING) Clothes drier did not dry clothes, after maintenance came and looked at it, it still did not work. It also left black marks on our clothing. Also left all of our clothes smelling like cats. This is very frustrating because you are generally doing a load or two every day while on vacation however, we had to take dirty/ wet clothes home home to wash. Considering the amount we paid for this stay, I would say that is a huge inconvenience and is unacceptable. Get that question answered first or you will be putting your wet clothes on the balcony area to dry. With all that said, I would recommend staying at this condo as it was very comfortable for our family of 6\. Those inconveniences did not outweigh the memories made there. ##### Storm-Chaser Burke W. The unit was nice and spacious. It had everything we could need and the facility was nice as well. We really liked the balcony and heated pool. It was clean and well equipped. We hope to stay here again and would recommend it as well. The only negatives were the check out time being at 9am. We would have hoped for at least 10am. And we want to let you know that our son got bit by something in his room. We are not accusing you of having bed bugs but want you to be aware. We don't know what was biting him but he woke up twice with bites on his arms and legs. We checked the bed thoroughly and didn't see anything so we are not sure what it was. Perhaps a bug got in from outside and it was something other than a bed bug (hopefully) but we want you to know that there was something in there. I hope it has moved on. Also we reached out by email to ask for a later check out but never heard back. We were not aware of the payment policy that it had to be paid in full prior, unlike a hotel stay; our first time doing this. When a warning email did arrive, we promptly paid. I had to follow up to make sure the mailed payment was received. For our first hand at a VRBO, overall it was good. Hopefully this unit will be available next year. ##### Geraldo I.
