The carpet needs to be replaced and has a musty smell to it. The bed was comfy and the view is beautiful! The ceiling fan over the bed is very noisy and we had to wear ear plugs when we went to bed. The sliding glass door tracks need to be cleaned as it’s really tough to Open. It’s a very nice condo with the few issues mentioned. I would stay there again! This place was perfect, quiet and in a great location. The view from the balcony was probably the best part. You could see the sunset and we had an epic thunderstorm over the ocean one night that we just sat for hours and watched. The large main pool was cool but the one at our building was more private and stayed open until midnight. The only downside about the condo was the sliding glass door to the balcony is off the track or something and extremely difficult to open. We had read reviews that others had posted previously mentioning this so hopefully that gets fixed,however we were able to just use the bedroom door to get out on the balcony so it was ok. Great location - beautiful view; condo had everything you need; part of a large complex (11 pools/golf course, etc), friendly staff and gorgeous wide white sandy beaches. 2 min “commute” to having your toes in the sand (1 minute of that 2 minute commute for the elevator ride😜😜). This condo was so nice and quiet and had everything we needed. We did adjust the vents to allow the bedroom to cool down to our liking and had no other issues. ##### Cindy H.
