We have stayed in Panama City many times with vrbo. The positives of this stay...the weather was perfect, the water was perfect almost like a lagoon, the view from the balcony was excellent and the location was great which was at the opposite end of where we usually stay. The negatives....the unit was not as clean as it could be. There was alot of sand and debris ( toenails) on the balcony, I'm not sure the last time the ceramic floors had actually been mopped. My son's feet were black after walking around barefoot after a shower. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were only 3 glasses, 3 forks, no baking sheets, a skillet ( the only one)that was so beaten up the handle was falling off, one knife that would not cut thru a piece of bread ( we had to go buy one) , only 1 remote for 3 tv's, and the bottom shelf on the refrigerator door is missing which may seem petty but the refrigerator is smaller and trust me, you need that extra space. The living room furniture desperately needs replaced. The couch cushions are so worn out they sink all the way in to the couch frame when you sit on them lol. These are simple things that if paid attention to would give your visitors a terrific stay. Fortunately, we had perfect weather and did not have to spend much time inside! Regardless, thank you for hosting us
